Hello! I’m Thomas Coughlin, a dedicated and experienced Senior Benefits Advisor with a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance and benefits needs. Since becoming licensed in 2016 and earning my Master of Finance from Boston University, I have committed myself to providing personalized and comprehensive service to each of my clients.

Professional Background: After proudly serving in the United States Navy, I transitioned to a career in insurance and benefits advisory. The discipline, dedication, and leadership skills I developed in the military have been instrumental in my success as an advisor. With my I strive to maintain a reputation for integrity, reliability, and excellence in the industry.

Personal Life: I am happily married to Jodie, and together we have two wonderful boys, Thomas and Owen. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and this is reflected in the care and attention I give to my clients, treating each one as part of our extended family.

Our household is made complete by our two beloved dogs, Molly, a black Labrador, and Gus, an English Setter. These loyal Companions are a testament to the warm and welcoming home Jodie and I have built together.

Community Involvement: In addition to my professional pursuits, I am deeply involved in our community. I spend my free time coaching competitive travel baseball teams, where I have the opportunity to mentor young athletes, instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. This passion for coaching not only benefits the players but also enriches our community, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship.
